1 · Who we are

15.Group is the parent company behind the Nexuss intelligent operating system and the Nemoss R&D channel. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us using the details in section 8.

2 · What we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email and company when you make an enquiry or request a demonstration, together with basic technical data (device and browser information, and pages visited) needed to operate and secure our websites.

3 · How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, meet our legal and security obligations, and communicate with you about the platform where you have asked us to. We do not sell your personal data.

4 · Data residency & sovereignty

Our platform intelligence runs on models we host ourselves, on our own infrastructure within the EU. Customer data processed by the platform stays inside that environment and is not sent to any third-party AI provider. EU data residency is a design principle, not an add-on.

5 · Your rights

Where the UK GDPR and EU GDPR apply, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using section 8.

6 · Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, or as required to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7 · Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, under written agreements, and where required by law. Any such providers are bound to protect your information and use it only on our instructions.
